![]() ![]() Things like the shots from your guns and the different creatures that emerge liven things up a little, but in general I didn’t feel like each level was particularly distinct from any others, making for a campaign that blended together aesthetically. I think things really aren’t helped by the colour palette, which goes for that seventh generation staple of browns and greys making for a grimdark feel that I’m not a fan of. Unfortunately even for a downloadable PSP game, graphics in The Hera Campaign are not a strong point, with dark colours and blocky objects making for a rather dull experience. That said, the moody graphics and bleak atmosphere give the world and authentically dark feel, one which makes this war seem all the more real. ![]() The game as a whole chronicles the war between the humans and the Insectocytes, but this is a hands-off affair and there’s no narrative beyond initially setting the scene. In both the PS3 and PSP versions of Savage Moon, you play as a worker undertaking mining operations on Imoons, which are inhospitable environments overrun with deadly creatures that are unfortunately rich in the resources that your race needs to survive. ![]()
